• Our services are meant for guidance and self-improvement purposes only
• Results may vary based on individual circumstances and implementation of advice
• Our services do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice
• Consultation insights are based on ancient sciences and personal analysis

3. Consultation Booking

When booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate personal information including your correct date of birth and name. Inaccurate information may affect the quality of your consultation analysis.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information shared during consultations. All consultation details, personal data, and correspondence are kept completely private and are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Consultation fees are discussed and agreed upon before the session. Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% of consultation fee may be retained
• No-shows without prior notice: Full consultation fee applies

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and analysis provided during consultations, is the intellectual property of Yogesh K. Wadhwani Consultancy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
